The Creative Marketing Specialist will be responsible for the planning and execution of creative marketing strategies with a focus on digital and social video and graphic content.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for supporting the creative development and production of digital advertising, social media marketing, web design, sales materials, presentations and corporate communications collateral.
- Adhere to and contribute to brand, style, voice, tone, design guidelines, and standards.
- Design and produce digital communications materials for projects requiring simple to complex graphics and integrating typographic, photographic, and illustrative elements.
- Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute to the overall strategy and creative process, taking ideas and turning them into engaging stories.
- Collaborate cross-functionally and take accountability for completing tasks in a timely fashion, adhering to project deadlines.
- Design and layout sales materials such as brochures, flyers, posters, and product sheets.
- Develop graphic collateral used to communicate internally (Newsletters, Email Communications, etc.)
- Coordinate with external vendors and printers to ensure the quality and accuracy of printed materials.
- Photo retouching for digital and print assets.
- Create on-brand novelty goods and merchandise.
- Stay updated with industry trends and tools to ensure designs are modern and relevant.
- Support for events and food shows to represent the brand and enhance its awareness and visibility.
- Plan, organize, strategize, assist with marketing programs, projects and activities.
- All other duties as assigned.
Required Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, Marketing or related field
- 3 years of experience in Graphic Design, with a focus on digital media
- Strong portfolio demonstrating visual design and branding expertise, as well as color theory, composition, legibility, and creativity.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides).
- Ability to follow a style guide/concept and produce final art for both print and web.
- Highly collaborative and open to feedback, suggestions, and working alongside teams to ensure the best outputs.
- Understanding of technical design principles and the application of corporate brand guidelines.
- Proven track record in executing flawless and impactful digital marketing campaign creatives.
- Demonstrated ability to think quickly and creatively to accommodate a dynamic business environment.
- Must be flexible, accommodating, and service oriented.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Experience with production design and preparing files for print and digital distribution.
- Knowledge of current design trends and social media best practices.
- Demonstrates a proactive, positive attitude and a genuine commitment to enhancing and nurturing the corporate culture.
