Position Overview:
Title: Social, Community & Content Coordinator
Location: New York, NY (Chicago, IL as a secondary option)
Brand Focus: Le Monde Gourmand (90%), Other portfolio brands (10%)
We are seeking an organized and creative Social, Community, and Content Coordinator to join our team. This role requires a strategic, data-oriented thinker with a passion for social media, content creation, and beauty. You will drive the implementation of our social strategies across leading platforms, with a focus on enhancing brand presence and building our online community.
Key Responsibilities:
Community Management
- Actively engage with and monitor UGC, DMs, and comments across social media platforms (IG, TikTok, FB, Pinterest).
- Assist in organizing and managing influencer database, including outreach and collaboration input.
- Assist in hands-on seeding efforts.
Social Media Platform Management
- Schedule engaging content for TikTok and Instagram Stories.
- Oversee the organization and optimization of the Tribe platform.
- Track, analyze, and document weekly KPIs to measure the success of social initiatives.
Content Creation
- Develop engaging TikToks (3-4 per week).
- Assist in managing content calendars.
- Assist creative team on social media shoots
- Attend and capture content at events.
Consumer Trends & Insights
- Own trend reporting and social content implementation to align with consumer interests.
- Monitor public sentiment and feedback regarding LMG, adjusting strategies as necessary.
Qualifications:
- 0-2 years of marketing experience; preferably in the beauty & fragrance industry.
- Experience in social media marketing, particularly on TikTok and Instagram.
- Comfortable with content creation (being comfortable in front of the camera is a plus!)
- Proficient in using social media platforms and MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint).
- Background or coursework in data/business analytics.
- Strong organizational and process-oriented mindset.
- Passion for the beauty industry.
