We are looking for a Social Media Manager to join Team Social at adam&eveDDB specializing in all things social media, content and digital. Team Social is a growing team who pride themselves on quick, on-trend organic content for our clients on Instagram, X, TikTok and beyond. This person should be a thinker and a doer who is equal parts intellectually rigorous and creatively curious, with an instinct for relating a good story and a penchant for making the complex simple.
Team Social works across the full portfolio of adam&eveDDB clients, so the successful candidate will have a varied workload and will have the opportunity to experience a myriad of clients and campaigns. Plus, opportunities to work on pro bono/charity clients and new business pitches.
Responsibilities
- Supporting the Social Manager in the creation and daily upkeep of client content calendars
- Crafting first round copy for review by the rest of the social team
- Mocking up creative and writing creative briefs for social media asset design
- Tracking community interactions and crafting replies in social media comments
- Working with social media analyst to building a regular cadence of social media reporting
- Using social media publishing tools to schedule and publish client social content
- Following social media trends and memes and creating pitches for reactive content moments
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3-5 years' experience in social at an agency or brand
- Passion for all things social media, pop culture & digital trends
- Understanding of the current social media creative landscape – who's out there and what's working
- Proficiency in Microsoft Powerpoint, Keynote, Adobe Creative Suite, Sprinklr and Sprout
- Video editing software and motion graphics experience (for simple video work) a plus
- Marketing background, creative problem-solving, and strong analytical capabilities are a must
- Experience creating, presenting & pitching full strategic decks (ability to explain and sell ideas to others, including clients) building social media playbooks and writing social media captions
- Thorough knowledge of key social channels, formats, and best-practices
- Entrepreneurial spirit and eagerness to learn
- Confidence working alongside a range of client and creative teams

The range below represents the low and high end of the base salary someone in this role may earn as an employee of adam&eveDDBNYC. Salaries will vary based on various factors including but not limited to professional and academic experience, training, associated responsibilities, and other business and organizational needs. The range listed is just one component of our total compensation package for employees. Salary decisions are dependent on the circumstances of each hire.
