Your Impact
As our Brand Marketing Manager, you will steer the strategic direction of our marketing efforts, enhancing our brand's presence and ensuring alignment with our growth objectives. You’ll lead the development and execution of high-impact marketing campaigns that resonate with our diverse audience and support our franchisees nationwide.
What You’ll Do
· Lead the development and implementation of global brand strategy to increase brand equity, market share, and customer engagement.
· Oversee integrated marketing campaigns across digital, social media, and traditional platforms, ensuring brand consistency.
· Direct the management of external Graphic Designers, ensuring that creative outputs align with our brand guidelines and campaign objectives.
· Spearhead localized marketing initiatives to bolster franchisee success, providing tools and strategic support to enhance local market penetration.
· Supervise marketing aspects of new store openings in collaboration with franchise owners and operations teams to guarantee market impact and sustained growth.
· Collaborate with cross-functional teams and external agencies to drive cohesive and innovative marketing strategies.
· Uphold and advocate for company policies and brand standards within all marketing outputs.
What You’ll Need
· Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; an MBA is preferred.
· 7+ years of experience in marketing leadership, with a significant track record in the QSR or hospitality industry.
· Demonstrated success in developing and overseeing marketing campaigns that meet or surpass objectives.
· Advanced proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, with a keen eye for creative design.
· Exceptional analytical abilities to convert insights into strategic actions.
· Strong leadership qualities, with the capability to manage and inspire a team.
· Excellent project management skills, capable of managing multiple priorities effectively.
