You will be a part of CMO’s below the line Marketing Activation team, working in partnership with a cross-functional group to ensure successful launches and customer experiences on our digital platforms for business and public sector. This person will provide strategic guidance, lead creative development with agency partners from conception to launch in a fast- paced environment, and analyze page and content performance to inform optimization recommendations.
What you'll be doing:
Leading web channel creative for Verizon Business campaigns targeting SMB, enterprise and public sector audiences.
Leading campaign web content creation for our Verizon Business
internal partners.
Managing in parallel a wide range of web projects in various stages of development, from complex web ecosystems to quick-turn product and promotional support.
Collaborating with product marketing and cross-channel partners to ensure messaging and channel alignment.
Developing creative briefs and leading creative development with internal and external agency partners.
Reporting out web page and content performance, including optimization recommendations.
You'll need to have:
Six or more years of experience required, demonstrated by one or more the following, work and/or military experience, or specialized training.
A marketing, advertising or communications background
Experience working with .com creative
Experience targeting B2B audiences from small-medium businesses to enterprises to the public sector.
Even better if you have one or more of the following:
Experience working at an agency or on in-house creative team.
Telecommunications industry experience.
A B2B marketing background in creating digital journeys and immersive web content, both national and hyper local.
Experience working on successful web content supporting paid media campaigns.
Willingness to work comfortably in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Willingness to work autonomously with minimal supervision, knowing when to bring in your manager for alignment/decisions.
Experience or comfortability presenting to senior leadership, as needed.
Experience supporting product launches or paid media campaigns.
Willingness to use creative thinking in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
The ability to influence and lead peer-level partners to deliver against complex initiatives.

In this hybrid role, you'll have a defined work location that includes work from home and a minimum eight assigned office days per month that will be set by your manager.

If you are hired into a California, Colorado, Connecticut, Hawaii, Maryland, Nevada, New York, Rhode Island, Washington or Washington, D.C. work location, the compensation range for this position is between $114,000.00 and $212,000.00 annually based on a full-time schedule. The salary will vary depending on your location and confirmed job-related skills and experience. This is an incentive based position with the potential to earn more. For part time roles, your compensation will be adjusted to reflect your hours.
