Social Media Manager Pay And Benefits

Social Media Manager Responsibilities
- Strategic Planning
- Implement comprehensive social media strategies.
- Align social media goals with broader marketing and business objectives to drive brand visibility.
- Oversee the development and execution of engagement strategies to increase follower growth, brand awareness, loyalty, and leads.
- Evaluate and recommend potential partnerships and collaborations to enhance brand visibility and reach.
- Implement innovative tactics to drive social media growth and engagement across all platforms.
- Refine the social media strategy based on performance data, industry trends, and audience insights.
- Campaign Management
- Plan, execute, and manage social media campaigns, including paid and organic initiatives.
- Work with cross-functional teams to ensure campaign alignment with broader marketing strategies.
- Track and analyze campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for optimization.
- Content Development
- Own the content development process, including planning, briefing, creation, and review.
- Create compelling and on-brand content that resonates with target audiences across platforms.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure content consistency and alignment with brand messaging.
- Content Publishing
- Manage and oversee the publishing schedule for all social media content.
- Ensure timely and accurate distribution of content across relevant social channels.
- Monitor and adjust publishing strategies based on audience engagement and platform algorithm changes.
- Community Management
- Identify and engage with key communities, influencers, and partners.
- Build and nurture relationships with followers, responding to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely and brand-appropriate manner.
- Develop and implement strategies to grow and maintain an active and engaged online community.
- Reporting, Research, Trends, and Insights
- Prepare detailed reports on social media performance, insights, and recommendations.
- Conduct competitive analysis to benchmark performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Analyze audience data to refine targeting and content strategies, ensuring maximum relevance and impact.
- Stay ahead of industry trends and emerging platforms, recommending innovative tactics to keep the brand at the forefront of social media.
Social Media Manager Qualifications
- 4-6 years of experience in social media management, preferably in a B2B environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.
- Experience with social media management tools and analytics (Sprout Social a plus).
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful social media strategies.
- Strong writing and content creation skills, with the ability to craft engaging and on-brand content.
- Deep understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, and best practices.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and project management skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Creative thinker with a passion for staying ahead of social media trends and innovations.
Compensation: From $30.00 to $30.00 per hour
