Who we are:Intent Clinical offers a continuum of services to guide individuals and families through the behavioral health industry by providing concierge-level care, identifying suitable treatment and aftercare options, and assisting in creating and implementing sustainable recovery plans. We help address the needs of those struggling with behavioral health issues, including substance use disorders, mental health issues, eating disorders, and mood and personality disorders. We also support individuals on the autism spectrum, aging adults with dementia, and young adults who are struggling with transitions to independence.
Who you are:You are creative with a proven track record in crafting compelling branding for companies. Your experience includes designing graphics and developing on-brand messaging that resonates with target audiences. With a strong foundation in technical skills, you excel at bringing brand identities to life. You understand the importance of cohesive branding across all platforms and know how to leverage social media to enhance brand visibility and engagement. Your passion for branding drives you to create memorable experiences that leave a lasting impact.
What you’ll do:Social Media
Manage and update Intent Clinical’s social media accounts (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, etc.)Develop, schedule, and post engaging content that aligns with our brand and goalsMonitor social media trends, track engagement metrics, and provide reportsRespond to messages, comments, and engagement in a timely manner
Graphic Design
Design eye-catching graphics for social media posts, slide decks, presentations, and promotional materialsFormat internal and external documents to align with brand guidelinesCreate professional sales sheets, brochures, and one-pagers to support marketing and business development effortsAssist in developing visual content for digital campaigns and email marketingEnsure all visuals and graphics reflect Intent Clinical’s branding and tone
What you’ll bring:Minimum of an associates degree in communications, graphic design or related field.1 year of experience creating and managing branding for a companyProficient in using Adobe Suite products – Illustrator, Photoshop and In-Design a must.Proficient in managing social media accounts – specifically Linkedin, Facebook and InstagramIdeally you have (but not required):
