Marketing Coordinator
This is a hybrid position requiring three days in-office per week. HQ is in New York City.
Convene is seeking a
Marketing Coordinator to join its global Marketing Team. The ideal candidate will have internship or entry-level work experience in marketing or communications with an interest in supporting various marketing facets. This position will sit on the Brand & Communications Team and assist with Content Marketing, Partnerships, Demand Generation, and Regional Marketing efforts. The Marketing Coordinator will report directly to the Senior Director of Brand & Communications.
What You’ll Do: The Marketing Coordinator is an enthusiastic and highly organized individual who will support all aspects of the marketing function at Convene. A capable writer and detail-oriented, this role will be responsible for campaign calendar management, supporting content writing and social media posting, tracking campaign performance, assisting with reporting, and managing miscellaneous administrative tasks.
Overview
- Calendar management and coordination for global campaigns and email marketing
- Assist with writing efforts including blog content, social media captions, emails, web pages, awards nominations, and more
- Assist in the development and execution of marketing campaigns across various channels
- Support with marketing event planning both globally and regionally, including pre-planning coordination and on-site execution, as needed
- Help maintain and update the company’s website and key web pages
- Manage internal coordination for client-focused marketing needs including approvals for testimonials, case studies, or photography
- Assist with partnerships and barters both globally and regionally, as needed
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify new marketing opportunities
- File management and organization for Marketing Team and greater Commercial organization
- Administrative support for the Marketing Team such as scheduling team meetings, outlining meeting agendas, note-taking and action item distribution, data entry, coding invoices, etc.

Internship or entry-level work experience in marketing or communications. Enthusiasm and interest in learning all aspects of marketing and communications

Base Salary
Salary Min: $60,000 Salary Max: $65,000
This role is also eligible for Convene's annual incentive performance bonus plan.
This information reflects the anticipated base salary range for this position based on current national data. Minimums and maximums may vary based on location. Individual pay is based on skills, experience and other relevant factors.
