As the Director of Marketing, with the support of the executive team, you will build our marketing initiatives from the ground up. Your primary focus will be creating a pipeline that grows our independent insurance agent network and nurturing the consumer leads they generate. Because driving sales and building brand awareness is an integral part of our expanding business, you will have the opportunity to grow exponentially as the company does. Responsibilities And Duties
- Manage the end-to-end build of marketing programs for independent agent recruitment and activation by collaborating with our creative, product, and sales teams
- Drive independent agent lead generation and engagement through the creation and execution of email campaigns, webinars, paid ads, and content creation
- Design and execute highly effective consumer email nurture and conversion campaigns including their cadences, content, and targeting
- Work with the tech and content teams to grow our organic consumer leads utilizing SEO
- Lead PR and Corporate communication efforts, including media and email outreach, drafting press releases announcing partnerships, company accomplishments, etc.
- Develop a corporate marketing strategy to build our brand
Required Qualifications And Skills
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, communications, or related field.
- At least 15 years of marketing experience, with at least 5 years in leadership role. Experience with SMB or high-growth businesses a plus.
- Preference for candidates with experience in e-commerce and partner recruitment
- Creative mindset to be able to identify opportunities for improvement across digital communications - including but not limited to email, social, websites, and blogs.
- Ability to think strategically and be flexible to accommodate urgency and business needs, juggling multiple ongoing projects.
