Our incredible online community shares hot takes, tips and tricks, and hidden gems that you can’t get anywhere else. S’more is currently based in NYC and NJ but looking to expand in the near future. As we continue to grow, we are seeking a talented social media content creator to join our team and help us create top notch content and continue expanding our social presence.
We’re looking for:
A bold and innovative creator who lives and breathes TikTok and Instagram. If you're someone who thrives on creativity, embraces the latest trends, and loves trying out different styles, this role is perfect for you. We value authenticity and want someone who can captivate others via storytelling while remaining genuine. Experience in shooting and editing videos and other social content is essential, and a sense of humor is a huge plus!
What you will do:
- Create video and photo content for events and experiences: conceptualize, film, and edit short videos.
- Develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand awareness, engagement, and traffic.
- Research and identify emerging trends and test out new formats / styles.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as marketing, operations, and product to align social media efforts with overall business objectives and campaigns.
- Maintain content calendar, post, and engage daily on our social media accounts.
Requirements:
- Must be based in New York City and comfortable commuting to different locations to shoot content.
- Proficiency in shooting and editing videos.
- Creativity and outside-of-the-box thinking are crucial (as a young brand, when we say creative, we mean it!)
- A strong passion for content creation with a deep understanding of the latest trends and internet culture.
- Ability to capture people's attention and engage with audiences as a skilled storyteller.
- Comfortable in front of the camera, with a genuine and authentic presence.
