Are you a detail-oriented go-getter with a passion for event coordination and digital marketing? WithMe, Inc. is looking for a
Marketing & Events Coordinator who's ready to make an impact in a fast-growing, innovative company.
We're seeking someone who lives within 30 minutes of Chicago for required visits to our local warehouse in West Loop. Reporting to the Sr. Growth Marketing Manager, you'll work closely with the Sales and Marketing teams to support smooth event logistics and help fuel our marketing initiatives.
What You'll Do
- Lead Event Logistics: Plan, coordinate, and manage all event materials, from shipping and receiving to on-site preparation.
- Inventory Management: Ensure we're always stocked and ready by tracking, ordering, and managing marketing materials.
- Marketing Support: Assist in digital/traditional campaigns, using HubSpot, Meta, LinkedIn, Salesforce, and more.
- Data-Driven Insights: Help with lead tracking, post-event surveys, and data analysis to optimize our strategies.
- Collaborate & Execute: Partner with our Marketing & Events Specialist to make each event a success and contribute to broader team goals.
What You'll Bring
- Bachelor's in Marketing, Business, or related field.
- 2+ years of experience in a similar role with strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Digital Marketing Savvy: Experience with CRMs, Microsoft Excel, and various digital platforms.
- A Self-Starter Mentality: Thrives in a dynamic, scale-up environment, handling multiple tasks with ease.
- Communication Rockstar: Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills.
