We are a health and wellness lifestyle brand looking for a dynamic, enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Social Media and Brand Engagement Specialist. In this role, you will serve as a determined promoter of our brand, a friendly networker, and an organized team player, responsible for engaging with our community, managing influencer relationships, and developing captivating content.
Key Responsibilities
- Content Creation & Planning: Develop and schedule creative social media content (captions, images, hashtags) across platforms including Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Twitter, and LinkedIn.
- Social Media Engagement & Growth: Actively engage with our social media followers, fostering growth and supporting brand presence.
- Influencer & Ambassador Network Management: Expand and manage our network of influencers, affiliates, and ambassadors, building strong, long-term relationships.
- Email & Newsletter Marketing: Plan, create, and analyze engaging newsletters that align with our brand message and marketing goals.
- Blog & SEO Content Writing: Write and tweak blog posts to improve SEO and drive traffic.
- Content Collaboration: Work closely with content creators, including photographers, videographers, and writers, to ensure cohesive branding.
- Event Management: Discover, plan, and manage attendance at events relevant to our brand, ensuring maximum engagement and exposure.
- PR Opportunities: Research and coordinate PR opportunities, including digital and print media, to increase brand visibility.
- Brand Partnerships & Collaborations: Manage brand collaborations and partnerships, including coordinating giveaways and promotional campaigns.
- Video & Live Content: Participate in live sessions and create engaging video content that resonates with our audience.
Preferred Skills & Experience
- Experience with Google Drive and Microsoft Suite.
- Proficiency with social media platforms (HootSuite, Sprout Social, GRIN, Klaviyo, etc.).
- Intermediate skills with graphic design software (Adobe, Canva, etc.).
- Familiarity with CRM tools like Salesforce.
- Social Media Expertise: Advanced knowledge of all major social media channels, including best practices for growth and engagement.
- Video Editing: Basic video editing skills to create compelling content.
- Education & Experience: Bachelor’s degree with a minimum of 2 years in a similar role, preferably in the CPG or health and wellness industry.
- Writing Skills: Skilled writer with both technical and creative abilities.
