The Role:
As the role of Creative Manager at Impact Fitness Coaching Academy you will be driving the overall brand strategy for Impact Fitness Coaching Academy. You’ll be responsible for blending the CEOs voice and also bringing your own ideas to the table. This is an extremely creative role and will require you to drive the vision, idea creation, and overall execution of the brand.
The Creative Manager is responsible for leading a team of virtual assistants, social media manager and video editing team to ensure creatives are being deployed effectively. You are leading a team of thinkers and doers, while bringing a mix of marketing, creative and business understanding to the position in order to take our creative to the next level.
The Creative Manager will create paid advertising, organic copy and messaging to drive new business to the sales team and grow the brand reputation of IFCA.
Responsibilities
- Support marketing objectives, lead acquisition, and advance brand building.
- Regularly submit new copy variations for paid marketing testing and video scripts for the founders + ‘talent’ to film.
- Create organic copy + messaging for the purpose of driving traffic to campaigns such as webinars, and promotions.
- Create weekly SMS campaigns with a mix of value and direct offers, with a cadence of 1-2x/ week.
- Manage paid advertising messaging, positioning, copywriting, and creative direction for the top-of-the-funnel, middle-of-the-funnel, and bottom-of-funnel assets.
- Lead a virtual assistant social media manager to ensure content is being posted + repurposed across multiple channels, + analyze key results for opportunities for organic growth.
- Lead and audit the video editing team to ensure video creatives are deployed effectively.
- Ensure the brand equity, values, and position in the marketplace remain consistent across channels.
- Communicate weekly with other Directors (Sales, Client Success, Finance) to ensure all departments work congruently toward a common goal and that marketing strategy is communicated to the Team of Directors.
- Assist in taking the CEO’s “big ideas” for marketing campaigns, video sales letters, and value + persuasive marketing campaigns and editing, optimizing, + have a willingness to tell the CRO when he has a bad idea and that we’re not going to deploy said bad idea.
Results
- Content is congruent with CEO core values and mission
- All content is approved by Creative Manager before release
- Content schedule is adhered to and is consistent
- Minimum of:
- 1 short form videos per day on IG, FB, YT, & TikTok for IFCA and both CEOs personal brands.
- 4 long form podcast YouTube videos per month
- 1 podcast script per week.
- At least 30 organically generated booked calls from IG and FB each month
- Minimum of 15 new ad creatives ready for launch every month
- Application costs and booked call costs decrease as a result of the ads
- Manage regular email cadence of 4-6 emails/week + maintain current benchmark KPIs of 25% open and 3.5% CTR.
Compensation: $7K base. Upward compensation potential of $10k+/mo based on experience + tangible results.
Requirements
- You must have 4+ years of experience in digital marketing, paid advertising, and copywriting, preferably in High-Ticket B2B coaching, e-learning, or consulting.
- Has the ability to lead, delegate, and vision, be hands-on, and execute objectives.
- Preferred experience in the fitness industry or B2B online coaching and consulting.
- Needs to have general “good taste,” including an innate sense of aesthetics, strong copywriting, messaging, and positioning skills, a love for great copy, and a creative, witty communication style.
- Excellent numerical skills, including utilization of metrics and processing figures with spreadsheets.
- Experience working with common digital advertising platforms like Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, etc.
- Self-directed and able to work closely with a high-performance CEO
- Ability to work with a sense of urgency to drive the marketing efforts forward
