Our global air lines client is looking for a creative and driven team member with a passion for social media and travel. Their marketing team is focused on their goal of connecting the world, and they are looking for a social expert to help them do that, one post at a time.
The Social Media Content Specialist will help inspire travel, showcase customer experience, and differentiate our client's brand. From creating content and developing campaigns to exploring new platforms and creative executions, you’ll be responsible for amplifying their messaging across social media channels.

Overview: This is a 12 month 40 hours/week contract rolewith opportunities to extend. Must be ATL-based and open to 2-3 days/week onsite.
Responsibilities:
- Lead development of paid and organic social media campaigns for client’s Brand, ESG, Sponsorships and Olympic/Paralympic initiatives to position client as the airline of choice for current and future fliers
- Identify and capitalize on the latest trends and best practices in social
- Work closely with Media team and agencies to add input to paid media plans and align on strategies
- Partner with internal teams and stakeholders to bring social-first approaches and best practices to projects
- Bring new ideas to the table to keep client top-of-mind as an innovative brand in the marketing space
- Work with in-house designers and external agencies to shape creative assets for national, international, and regionally-focused projects
- Manage deadlines and keep projects on track for multiple stakeholders on multiple teams
Qualifications:
- Embrace diverse people, thinking, and styles
- Minimum of 4 years’ experience working in social media field
- Substantial social media or content development experience with large consumer brands
- Part social nerd, part analytically-minded creative, and of course, part travel aficionado
- Working knowledge of the social paid media landscape
- Ability to move quickly to pull together plans inclusive of creative and copy
- Flawless writing skills and strong verbal/presentation skills
- Team player with a can-do attitude where no task is too big or small. Ability to contribute from development of strategic presentations to posting content
