Fox News Media is looking for a highly motivated and driven
Associate Marketing Strategy Specialist to work within OutKick.com. OutKick.com is a sports and culture multi-media platform and media business that produces and distributes cutting edge articles, streaming shows and podcasts about sports, sports culture, and pop culture.
As the
Associate Marketing Strategy Specialist, you will support the team in developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies to enhance the OutKick.com brand presence across various platforms. This role involves close collaboration with different teams, project management, brand messaging consistency, and overseeing the production of marketing materials while managing a budget and utilizing data for campaign improvements. We are looking for a talented individual who can bring fresh ideas and innovative approaches to our marketing efforts. a Snapshot Of Your Responsibilities
- Assist in developing and implementing strategic marketing initiatives to boost the presence of OutKick.com on social media, digital and paid marketing channels.
- Coordinate marketing campaigns to effectively target and engage audiences in collaboration with the marketing team. Project management and coordination between teams will be critical to this role.
- Ensure brand consistency across various departments such as creative, production, and programming.
- With the team, perform market research to guide marketing strategies and understand market trends.
- Analyze competition to find opportunities for brand differentiation.
- Support the team in the development of consumer-facing materials including print, digital, and video content.
- Support CRM initiatives to expand email subscriber lists and maintain audience engagement.
- Measure marketing campaign success using data analytics.
- Stay abreast of industry trends and explore innovative marketing opportunities.
- In partnership with the team, build and maintain relationships with external partners and agencies.
- Align marketing activities with the company's vision and objectives in collaboration with senior leadership.
- Report on marketing performance to stakeholders and be accountable for campaign results.
- Exercise a high degree of ownership and initiative.
What You Will Need
- 1-3 years of experience within a fast-paced media or brand marketing team
- Energetic with can-do attitude
- Excellent time management skills; able to manage concurrent projects of varying size and complexity
- Responsive and flexible to evolving responsibilities and ever-changing environment

Pursuant to state and local pay disclosure requirements, the pay range for this role, with final offer amount dependent on education, skills, experience, and location is: $50,500.00-69,000.00 annually for New York City and Westchester County, NY. This role is also eligible for various benefits, including medical/dental/vision, insurance, a 401(k) plan, paid time off, and other benefits in accordance with applicable plan documents. Benefits for Union represented employees will be in accordance with the applicable collective bargaining agreement.
