Responsibilities
Kforce has a client in Mountain View, CA that is seeking a Marketing Specialist. Responsibilities:
- In this role, the Marketing Specialist will be developing and executing go-to-market strategies for QuickBooks Payments products, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including product management, sales, and customer success, to create compelling messaging and positioning that resonates with target audiences
- Conducting market research to identify trends and opportunities, and using data-driven insights to inform marketing campaigns and product launches
- The Marketing Specialist will oversee the creation of marketing materials, such as business briefs, whitepapers, and webinars, to drive customer acquisition and retention
Requirements
- Proven experience in product marketing, with a strong background in the fintech or payments industry
- Excellent strategic thinking and analytical skills, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights
- Strong communication and storytelling abilities, capable of crafting compelling messaging and positioning for diverse audiences
- Proficiency in market research and competitive analysis, with a keen understanding of customer needs and market trends
- Demonstrated success in cross-functional collaboration, particularly with product, sales, and customer success teams
- Experience with marketing automation tools and CRM platforms, such as Marketo, HubSpot, or Salesforce
- Familiarity with QuickBooks products and the small business ecosystem is a plus
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
