The Role
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Sales Operations Coordinator to support our sales team in analyzing data, administrating promotional activities, coordinating programming and enhancing overall efficiency in sales processes and work flows. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in streamlining operations, analyzing sales data, and providing exceptional support to our sales team.
What You Will Do
- Support the Sales team with daily operations and administrative tasks.
- Prepare sales presentations, reports, and materials for customer meetings.
- Manage and update customer databases.
- Monitor and analyze sales metrics; generate reports and insights to inform strategic decisions, ad hoc analysis as needed.
- Collaborate with marketing to assess market trends and customer feedback; build and track sales programs.
- Ensure alignment on sales initiatives across marketing, finance, and supply chain teams.
- Work with finance and sales to capture customer accruals for accuracy and compliance.
- Manage documentation and reporting related to promotions and sales activities.
- Coordinate with customer service to allocate promotional SKUs effectively.
- Administer promotions in the Natural Channel, ensuring timely execution and compliance.
- Oversee programming activities, including demos and displays, to enhance brand visibility.
- Identify opportunities to develop and document sales processes, workflows and best practices.
- Implement and maintain sales tools to boost team productivity.
WHAT YOU BRING

YOUR BACKGROUND
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, finance or a related field preferred.
- 2+ year(s) of experience in sales operations, administration, or a related role.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word); familiarity with financial reporting is a plus.
ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS
- Travel for business meetings on an as needed basis.
- Some lifting and the movement of moderate loads require 50-pound lifting requirement.
- Willingness to work outside of standard business hours, including evenings and weekends, based on business demands.

COMPENSATION: Our comprehensive compensation package plays a big part in how we recognize you for the impact you have on our path to achieving our mission. For this role, the estimated base salary range is between $70,000 - $80,000. The actual base salary will vary based on various factors, including market and individual qualifications objectively assessed during the interview process. The listed range above is a guideline, and the base salary range for this role may be modified.
