Meta is seeking an ambitious, customer-centric and relationship-obsessed Client Partner with a passion for vision-setting, strategic planning, operational rigor, and a track record of exemplary execution.The Client Partner for Meta's Global Business Group is a strategic and vision-setting relationship owner with our top advertisers where trust is built on platform mastery combined with deep understanding of our client’s business. The role will focus on building key strategic external and internal cross-functional relationships including marketing, analytics, engineering and product. Success in this position will consist of driving meaningful revenue growth, developing executive client influence, ability to plan and lead long term vision for our client’s success on the platform through a consultative sales approach, as well as ability to thrive in a dynamic, team-focused environment delivering against tight deadlines.
Client Partner, CPG Food & Beverage Responsibilities:
- Strategic account planning to drive step-change investment growth
- Cultivate strong executive relationships externally as well as horizontal relationships beyond core marketing teams both internally and externally
- Identify and lead new business growth opportunities
- Manage complex workstreams end to end, with the ability to remain flexible on a dynamic account
- Serve as the escalation point for client-related issues, ensuring prompt and effective resolution
- Ability to travel as needed
Minimum Qualifications:
- 8+ years of experience in performance marketing, digital marketing, or client-facing strategy and consulting roles with data-driven digitally-focused advertisers
- 3+ years experience as proven advisor influencing executives and clients
- Experience driving prioritization in an environment of ambiguity
- Communication: Experience clearly communicating the progress of strategic initiatives to internal and external stakeholders, including the skills to synthesize feedback and adjust plans accordingly
- Analytical: Proven track record in storytelling through data visualization, developing insight-backed hypotheses and driving learning plans to influence key decisions
- Internal & External Influence: Experience collaborating, communicating, and influencing a diverse set of cross-functional teams including engineering, product, data science both internally at Meta and externally through client teams
- Business & Financial Acumen: Experience understanding the client’s business, industry, competition, company priorities and marketing budget, defining success metrics and translating business objectives to measurable strategies aligned to partnership vision
- Platform Mastery: Experience gaining mastery of product suite and combining it with an understanding of the client’s product/systems to seamlessly zoom out and in when driving long term big bet solutions with clients
- Leadership & Collaboration: experience leading and rallying teams and cross-functional partners around common goal or objective
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with Meta’s full suite of advertising solutions
- Experience working cross-functionally with Product teams to improve product features and functionalities
