Who we’re looking for
The Marketing Services Analyst is responsible for serving as the primary Marketing contact for all incoming work into the Marketing Department. This role involves engaging and leading various teams to manage the development of marketing materials from initial concept to completion. The Marketing Services Analyst will work closely with different parts of the organization to ensure that business objectives, brand guidelines, quality, and budget expectations are met. This individual plays a crucial role in delivering TFS/LFS/Private Label marketing materials to dealers, consumers, and team members.
The ideal candidate will be an expert multitasker with strong project management and problem-solving skills. They should be comfortable leading cross-functional teams and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
What you’ll be doing
- Serve as the day-to-day liaison between Marketing and other business units across TFS, including Private Label clients.
- Manage marketing projects from start to finish and route through stakeholders and legal, as needed.
- Submit and lead work through Workfront, ensuring all project information and timelines are accurate.
- Host and lead project and status meetings, as needed.
- Develop and complete Creative Briefs to support the working teams to ensure the project supports and delivers what is asked.
- Collaborate with teams within Marketing and across the organization, such as Voluntary Protection Products, Service Ops, Finance Products, and Legal, to lead multiple marketing workstreams, including marketing materials, videos, customer and field communications, and in-dealership point-of-sale marketing materials.
- Partner with the TFS Brand team to ensure brand and messaging consistency.
- Review monthly MDC material reporting to inform ordering quantities.
- Liaise with each business unit providing shared services support to ensure strong relationships and understanding of goals and objectives.
- Manage relationships with new and returning clients.
What you bring
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
- Strong project management experience, preferably with a marketing focus.
- Expert communication and relationship-building skills.
- Experience leading cross-functional projects.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite: Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Added bonus if you have
- Demonstrated experience with business to business (B2B) marketing.
- Experience with business to consumer (B2C) marketing.
- Automotive or financial industry exposure.
- Proven marketing advertising agency experience.
- Demonstrated creative brief development experience.
- Knowledge of Adobe Workfront, Asana, Microsoft Planner or similar project management tools.
