Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic and creative Social Media Manager to join our team! In this role, you will develop and implement our social media strategy to elevate our online presence and bolster our marketing and sales efforts. Collaborating closely with our marketing team, you will ensure that our social media content is engaging, informative, and aligns with our brand's voice and vision.
Key Responsibilities
Develop, implement, and manage our comprehensive social media strategy.
Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure social media success.
Create, manage, and oversee engaging social media content.
Analyze and report on the success of every social media campaign.
Stay current with the latest social media best practices and technologies.
Collaborate with copywriters and designers to ensure content is both informative and visually appealing.
Work alongside Marketing, Sales, and Product Development teams to align efforts.
Build and maintain relationships with industry professionals and influencers via social media.
Provide constructive feedback to enhance our social media presence.
Requirements
Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or in a similar role.
Excellent knowledge of social media platforms including Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Pinterest, Instagram, and Google+.
Understanding of SEO and web traffic metrics.
Experience in conducting audience and buyer persona research.
Strong understanding of social media KPIs.
Familiarity with web design and content publishing.
Excellent multitasking and time-management skills.
Critical thinker with strong problem-solving abilities.
Team player with great interpersonal and communication skills.
Bachelor's degree in Marketing or a relevant field.
