Position Overview
The Digital Marketing Manager at Manor House Films will be responsible for leading and executing the company’s digital marketing strategies across various platforms. Reporting directly to the company’s principals, the Digital Marketing Manager will develop, write, and update a comprehensive business plan for all digital initiatives. This individual will be in charge of managing the marketing budget, securing approvals from the principals, and overseeing a team of key marketing personnel to ensure successful campaigns that align with the company’s goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and write a comprehensive digital marketing plan with clear objectives, timelines, and financial projections.
- Manage and monitor the digital marketing budget, ensuring all expenses align with financial targets, and secure necessary approvals.
- Oversee the content creation team to ensure high-quality, engaging digital content that resonates with Manor House Films’ target audiences.
- Lead ad buying strategies to maximize the impact of paid media efforts across social platforms and other digital channels.
- Supervise the scheduling of hundreds of posts across multiple social media platforms, including posts with ad spend.
- Ensure seamless coordination between scheduling, content creation, and paid media strategies to maintain brand consistency and engagement.
- Oversee a diverse team of marketing professionals, including: a Social Media Manager, Content Strategist, Ad Buyer, Influencer Marketing Manager, and Ad Scheduler
- Provide direction, guidance, and performance evaluations to ensure the team meets all campaign objectives.
- Work closely with the Influencer Marketing Manager to identify and manage influencer partnerships that enhance brand visibility and reach.
- Develop and maintain relationships with external partners and stakeholders to broaden the scope of digital marketing initiatives.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in digital marketing with a proven track record of leading teams and managing budgets.
- Expertise in content creation, social media management, ad buying, and digital marketing strategy.
- Strong leadership and communication skills to effectively manage a multi-functional team and collaborate with senior management.
- Ability to write business plans, marketing plans, and provide clear, data-driven updates.
- Experience in the film or entertainment industry is a plus.
