Key Responsibilities
- Provide visionary leadership by formulating and executing innovative marketing strategies, while setting a benchmark for the marketing team.
- Oversee a comprehensive range of marketing functions, including branding, digital and traditional marketing, event management, public relations, and community outreach initiatives.
- Mentor and motivate the marketing and communications team, guiding them to craft powerful messaging that resonates with our target demographics.
- Develop and manage the overarching marketing vision and strategies, achieving measurable outcomes in brand recognition and customer acquisition.
- Distinguish our brand through the execution of an advanced marketing plan that exceeds competitive benchmarks while safeguarding brand integrity.
- Construct compelling value propositions that bolster our competitive edge in the marketplace.
- Collaborate closely with the Executive team to define and communicate the marketing strategy, ensuring coherence with long-term corporate objectives.
- Partner with Product and Sales teams to develop messaging that aligns with market trends and consumer necessities, ensuring our superiority in the industry.
- Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for marketing effectiveness, leveraging automation and reporting tools.
- Foster a robust network of marketing partnerships to enhance execution capabilities and broaden outreach.
- Strengthen employee engagement strategies to boost internal brand awareness and leverage relationships across internal and external stakeholders.
- Execute thorough assessments of marketing return on investment (ROI) to devise cost-effective strategies.
- Implement innovative, multi-channel customer growth strategies in collaboration with Product, Sales, and Operations teams.
- Formulate strategies aimed at improving brand loyalty and customer retention, showcasing achievements through impactful case studies.
Required Skills
- Minimum of 3 years in a management role within marketing health services and/or eHealth solutions, demonstrating a strong customer-centric approach.
- Proven leadership capabilities in building effective teams, managing conflict, and making strategic decisions in a target-driven environment.
- Over 5 years of successful marketing management experience, with progressive responsibilities managing brand strategy and creative outcomes.
- Proficient in CRM and SEO tools (e.g., Google Analytics, HubSpot, Salesforce) and digital marketing platforms.
- Strong analytical skills with a profound understanding of big data analysis.
- Excellent organizational, presentation, and interpersonal communication skills, capable of engaging effectively across various departments.
- Experience in orchestrating and executing multi-channel marketing campaigns.
- Willingness to travel for conferences and educational programs as required.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related discipline; a Master's degree is an advantageous addition.
