Position Summary
The Head of Digital Marketing & WebOps will be responsible for optimizing the company's digital marketing strategy to ensure optimal performance of marketing strategies that drive growth. This role requires a strategic thinker and doer with a deep understanding of digital marketing channels, performance metrics, website platform technology, team leadership, and stakeholder collaboration.
Key Responsibilities:
- Marketing Metrics Strategy: Develop, implement, and monitor the company's marketing metrics strategy to drive KPIs, including MQLs, pipeline growth, and customer engagement. Use data-driven insights to optimize campaigns and initiatives.
- Website Operations: Drive the optimization of the company’s web properties, ensuring user experience (UX), search engine optimization (SEO), and website performance align with business goals.
- Team Leadership: Mentor team of internal web developers and campaign managers. Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement in digital marketing.
- SEO Optimization: Develop an SEO strategy, A/B testing, and conversion rate optimization (CRO) to enhance visibility and user engagement.
- MarTech Stack: Oversee and manage the marketing technology stack and collaborate with company IT and external agencies or contractors to maximize efficiency and ROI.
- Performance Tracking & Reporting: Monitor digital performance metrics using tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, and others, providing insights to guide marketing strategies and business decisions. Ensure tagging and tracking is set up properly across website and campaign assets.
- Project Management Collaboration: Working with the head of Operations/Brand, develop and execute key digital and web projects and comprehensive redesigns of web platforms to enhance brand presence and business results.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in digital marketing strategy, SEO, SEM, lead generation.
- Strong leadership skills, with experience managing cross-functional teams and external partners.
- Expertise in digital tools and platforms (Google Analytics, Search Console, CRO tools, WordPress, Sitefinity, etc.). Experience with Marketo or MAP integration.
- Ability to develop data-driven strategies and make informed decisions that align with business objectives.
- Experience managing marketing budgets and delivering on KPIs.
- Excellent communication, project management, and team-building skills.

- Experience in senior digital marketing roles, including strategy management and web operations.
- Demonstrated success in improving organic traffic, pipeline growth, and user engagement.
- A track record of managing and optimizing digital marketing channels and campaigns.
