Summary
Foresight is seeking a detail-oriented Marketing Coordinator to play a crucial role in supporting and executing marketing tactics that enhance our brand presence, engage our target audience, and drive sales. This position offers a unique opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment and contribute to the success of an innovative and growing enterprise SaaS provider. This role reports to the VP of Marketing.
This is a full-time, hybrid position, preferably based in the NYC-metro area, with some travel to team meetings or events. Must be comfortable working in the ET/USA time zone.
Key Responsibilities
- Work closely with the marketing team, sales department, and external agencies/vendors to support the planning and execution of all marketing initiatives and ensure alignment with overall business goals
- Develop, implement and manage cross channel marketing campaigns.
- Analyze campaign performance and generate monthly KPI report
- Drive the planning and execution of events, including but not limited to trade shows, webinars and executive briefings
- Assist in creating engaging and compelling content for various marketing channels, including social media, website, press releases, email campaigns, and infosheets
- Coordinate the production of marketing collateral, ensuring consistency in brand messaging and visual identity
- Maintain a repository of sales enablement tools and brand assets
Requirements
- 1-3 years marketing experience. Enterprise SaaS experience a plus
- Bachelor's degree in business or marketing, or equivalent
- Strong understanding of digital marketing principles and best practices
- Self-motivated work ethic to work with a geographically dispersed team
- Great organizational skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook
- Working knowledge of HubSpot or other marketing automation software
- Verbal and written English fluency to high business standard
- Former competitive athletes and military veterans are encouraged to apply
- Proficiency in graphic design software a plus (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite including Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign)
