This role will play a pivotal part in shaping the brand presence across multiple online channels. You’ll be at the forefront of managing communications that align with the company’s culture and values to craft content that captures the spirit of the brand.
Your Impact in This Role
- Coordinate and drive all digital initiatives, managing content across various social platforms to elevate brand visibility
- Craft engaging copy for product descriptions, and other creative content pieces
- Serve as the brand’s voice on social media channels by responding promptly to messages and comments while maintaining an even, professional tone
- Capture high-quality videos and photos to enhance digital content.
- Stay ahead of social media trends, continually brainstorming creative content ideas to drive engagement
- Lead social media analytics reporting, utilizing insights to refine and optimize digital strategies
- Cultivate positive interactions within the organization and demonstrate strong team collaboration
What You Bring to the Table
- Bachelor’s degree
- A minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience managing social media channels (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, Twitter)
- Exceptional writing, videography, and photography skills
- Proven experience with content management systems, editing, and proofreading
- Strong interpersonal abilities with a genuine enthusiasm for connecting with people
- Attention to detail, a proactive mindset, and a knack for creativity
