If you are a Digital + Growth Marketing expert who is passionate about driving growth we have the perfect role for you! Our client is currently seeking a talented Director of Digital Marketing to join the team.

Looking for someone with direct fashion brand experience, who is comfortable executing across all accounts. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in paid media, particularly Meta ads. Additionally, experience with acquisition channels such as paid social, Google Ads, TikTok Ads, and affiliate marketing is crucial.

Responsibilities:

Create and run effective campaigns on Meta ads platform
Develop content strategies to scale the Meta ads account while achieving target KPIs
Launch new campaigns and optimize media budgets daily
Collaborate on ad account structure, testing, budgeting, and creative assets
Manage other paid channels including Google Ads, TikTok Ads + Shop, Pinterest etc.
Analyze data from Google Analytics and other platforms to deliver insightful reports

Qualifications:

A minimum of 4+ years of experience in similar roles within fashion brands
Strong expertise in Meta ads and other digital marketing channels such as Google Ads, Social Media, EDM marketing, and SEO
Demonstrated experience in managing high-performing teams
A strategic mindset to position the brand competitively within the market
Deep understanding of customer behaviors and preferences
Ability to develop and execute comprehensive customer-centric marketing strategies
Analytical abilities to assess market trends, competitor activities, and consumer behaviors
Effective project management skills to plan, execute, and monitor marketing campaigns and projects
Familiarity with marketing automation tools and analytics platforms. Strong communication skills with the ability to provide constructive feedback.
