Job Title: Chief Marketing Officer (CMO)
Location: Los Angeles (westwood) (in-office 3 days per week)

As we continue our nationwide expansion, we are looking for an experienced Chief Marketing Officer to lead our marketing strategy, drive brand growth, and enhance our sales presence across the country.

Role Overview:
The CMO will play a key role in defining our marketing strategy, with a focus on building brand awareness, designing impactful broker campaigns, and supporting sales growth. This position is ideal for a tech-savvy marketing leader with a startup mindset who can work hands-on with our existing marketing technology stack and, if necessary, restructure it to align with our goals. Experience in the lending or financial services industry is preferred but not required.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy to boost brand recognition and nationwide sales.
- Design and implement targeted campaigns for brokers and key partners in the lending sector.
- Oversee and optimize our marketing technology stack, identifying areas for improvement and implementing new tools as needed.
- Drive grassroots marketing initiatives to establish a strong local presence.
- Manage brand positioning and messaging to ensure consistency across all channels and touchpoints.
- Collaborate closely with leadership to align marketing efforts with business goals.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a senior marketing executive, ideally within a startup environment.
- Strong technical marketing skills, with the ability to manage and optimize marketing tech stacks.
- Experience in the lending or financial services industry is preferred but not mandatory.
- Comfortable with a hybrid work environment, with an in-office presence at least three days per week.
- Demonstrated ability to develop and execute campaigns that drive measurable results.
