Egnyte is looking for a stellar B2B field marketing leader, that has previous experience marketing to and driving demand within vertical industries. This candidate should have a proven track record of hitting pipeline and revenue targets through effective field marketing strategies. The ideal candidate has a growth mindset, values a close partnership with sales, and has broad experience across webinars, trade shows, virtual events, email marketing, content creation, and 3rd-party sponsorships. Building, maintaining, and supporting relationships with sales counterparts is critical to success in this role.
What You’ll Do
- Partner cross-functionally with sales, product marketing, demand generation, and other stakeholders to build and execute field marketing programs that drive pipeline and revenue within our core verticals
- Develop quarterly plans and work closely with Sales to modify/adapt based on pipeline coverage or gap needs.
- Earn the role of trusted advisor on all things pipeline and revenue to Sales leadership
- Constantly tune and optimize campaigns to increase conversion, reduce acquisition cost and increase ROI
- Work with Marketing and Sales Ops to track, analyze and report on campaign performance across all channels
- Proactively identify gaps, trends, standard methodologies, headwinds, and tailwinds that impact the vertical
- Work with Product Marketing to understand our content and messaging strategy, ideal customer profile, and personas to ensure enablement and regional consumption
- Manage field marketing budget and third-party vendors
Your Qualifications
- 4+ years of B2B field marketing experience
- Ability to lead and execute multiple events from inception to revenue delivery
- In-depth knowledge of event tactics and execution
- Experience leading campaign, events and field marketing for B2B SaaS company
- Excellent verbal communication, organization, project management, and writing skills
- Knowledge and understanding key technologies – SFDC, Marketo, Outreach.io, Tableau
- Experience building relationships with a cross-functional team
- Experience working with geographically dispersed teams and colleagues
Compensation:
Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across multiple U.S. geographic locations, and pay varies based on defined markets. The standard base pay range for this position across the U.S. is $86k - $147k annually. Pay varies by work location and may also be dependent on job-related skills, knowledge, and/or experience. During the interview and/or hiring process, your recruiter can share more information about the compensation package specific to the role and job location.
