Position Title: Vice President of Marketing
Location: Remote, USA
Salary Range: \(190,000 - \)200,000 annually, plus bonus plan

Key Responsibilities
- Formulate and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy that aligns with our organizational objectives, fostering growth and success.
- Build and nurture a high-achieving marketing team, promoting a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous learning.
- Ensure alignment and consistency in brand messaging across all marketing platforms and internal communications.
- Identify and effectively engage key customer segments through tailored marketing strategies.
- Lead go-to-market strategies, including defining value propositions, pricing structures, and uncovering expansion opportunities.
- Develop and execute strategies to enhance lead generation and construct a robust marketing-influenced pipeline.
- Create a content strategy that delivers relevant, valuable information to our target audiences.
- Develop strategic relationships with industry analysts, influencers, media, and stakeholders to bolster brand credibility.
- Oversee and optimize the marketing technology stack to streamline operations, nurture leads, and measure marketing ROI.
- Manage the marketing budget, focusing on initiatives that offer long-term value and return on investment.
Required Skills
- 10+ years of experience in marketing, with a minimum of 5 years in senior leadership roles (preferably within B2B SaaS or software solutions).
- Proven ability to develop and execute successful marketing strategies.
- Demonstrated success in demand generation and pipeline creation.
- Experience leading, motivating, and mentoring high-performing teams.
- Proficient in brand management across diverse channels.
- Strong analytical capabilities, with a solid understanding of data analytics for evaluating performance and optimization.
- Adept in cross-functional collaboration with sales, product, and customer success teams.
- Exceptional communication skills for fostering internal and external relationships.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and marketing automation platforms.
- Experience in managing budgets for high ROI.
Qualifications
