ABOUT THIS ROLE
We are seeking a seasoned, highly motivated leader with proven beauty experience scaling influencer programs to lead our Influencer Marketing team. This role will be responsible for driving the strategic direction and execution of our influencer marketing initiatives, including paid partnerships, organic gifting programs, influencer activations, and events, as well as identifying and pitching celebrity partnerships and programs. Key KPIs for this role will include forging strong influencer relationships, developing trackable programs across Powerhouse, Mega, Macro, and Micro influencers, and driving EMV (earned media value) growth every month. This role will work closely with cross-functional teams such as social, paid media, and PR to maximize influencer partnerships and drive overall business growth.
The ideal candidate will have a strong strategic mindset combined with tactical execution skills, and will work side by side with the team to drive business success. This is a full-time, in-house role based in Los Angeles, reporting to the Senior Director of Marketing.
ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop strategic and tactical plans for all pillars of influencer marketing to drive business growth.
- Lead initiatives across Paid Partnerships, Organic Gifting, Influencer Eventing, and Celebrity Partnerships.
- Oversee the monthly execution of influencer plans, track progress toward goals, and lead the team through adjustments as necessary.
- Cultivate strong relationships with influencers using a high-touch approach, building a strategic community of influencers aligned with brand goals.
- Analyze current influencer marketing efforts, propose new strategies, and optimize programs to maximize EMV performance.
- Collaborate with social, paid media, and PR teams to ensure seamless execution of influencer campaigns, including content rights negotiations, tracking timelines, and boosting details.
- Partner with the Ecommerce team to launch a brand-appropriate affiliate program that complements influencer marketing efforts.
- Own and execute influencer events in collaboration with the Senior Director of Marketing.
- Develop presentations and materials to showcase influencer strategies and performance metrics to senior leadership.
- Manage the monthly influencer budget, including invoice processing and tracking.
- Lead and support the growth of a team of managers and coordinators.

PROFESSIONAL QUALIFICATIONS
- 8+ years of experience with increasing responsibility and growth in the influencer marketing space.
- Expert knowledge of influencer marketing tools such as CreatorIQ and Tribe Dynamics.
