What You'll Be Doing

Know your dough: Analyze customer behavior, social trends, and past activity to uncover opportunities for connection.
Bake up amazing campaigns: Develop and execute social media strategies that drive engagement, grow brand love, and boost sales.
Set the recipe for success: Define KPIs and KRAs to measure and celebrate wins.
Keep the cookie jar full: Plan and manage an irresistible social media content calendar that's always fresh and on-brand.
Engage with our fans: Respond to followers, build relationships, and make sure every comment is sweeter than the last.
Run paid ads like a pro: Create campaigns that drive results (and maybe make our competitors a little jealous).
Collaborate with influencers: Build partnerships that extend our reach and amplify our voice.
Own our affiliate program: Manage and grow the Chip Affiliate Program, making it as iconic as our cookies.
Stay ahead of trends: TikTok, Reels, Pinterest, whatever's next—we want you to lead the charge.

Experience that sticks: 5+ years of social media management experience.
