Role Description
We’re seeking a self-starter with a strong graphic design background to join our growing snack brand during an exciting phase of expansion. As a Digital Marketing Associate focusing on Organic Social, you’ll play a pivotal role in building an engaged online community and driving brand growth across key platforms. Reporting to the Marketing Planning and Strategy Manager, this role is ideal for a creative and detail-oriented individual passionate about social media trends, influencer marketing, and brand storytelling.
Key Responsibilities
• Manage and grow the brand’s organic social media presence on Instagram, TikTok, and Pinterest.
• Research and report regularly on industry-specific trends to inform strategy.
• Collaborate with the Brand Associate to craft messaging and develop engaging social media campaign content.
• Design and produce graphics for social media using Canva, Photoshop, and Figma.
• Partner with an influencer agency to identify and conceptualize influencer partnerships.
• Work with the PR Associate to identify opportunities for giveaways and cross-brand collaborations.
• Attend digital marketing agency meetings to align on strategy and execution.
• Monitor, analyze, and report on social media metrics to measure reach and engagement.
• Conceptualize and execute innovative brand activations to drive social media growth.
Qualifications & Skills
Required:
• Self-starter with proven experience (+2 years) in organic social media growth, preferably within the CPG industry.
• Degree in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design or a related field.
• Strong graphic design skills and fluency in Canva, Photoshop, and Figma.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Creative mindset with a strong understanding of social media trends and platform-specific best practices.
• Strong attention to detail, with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
• Team player with a collaborative work style.
Preferred:
• Experience with paid social media and digital ad campaigns.
• Familiarity with influencer marketing strategies and partnerships.
