What We’re Looking For:
We are hiring an Brand Manager to join our team. The Brand Managers will be responsible for coordinating and executing marketing efforts for top niche perfume brands within Europerfumes' portfolio. They will act as the primary point of contact with international brand partners and internal sales and marketing teams. The successful candidates will report directly to the SVP and CEO and work closely with them to develop growth strategies and share monthly KPI reporting. The ideal candidates will have experience in luxury consumer goods, with a beauty background preferred. This is a fantastic opportunity to work with exclusive luxury fragrance brands in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Act as key liaison for the Brand to ensure contractual obligations are met, brand guidelines and approvals are respected, and brand integrity is intact with all product, sales, distribution and marketing developments. Own regular communication with licensee to discuss sales performance, marketing, and distribution opportunities.
- Create and execute marketing plans/campaigns including promotional materials for new launches, business proposals, brand pitches
- Executing media relations plans for clients including developing outreach plans, message development, creative direction on events, effective pitching, and development of localized marketing strategy.
- Develop and lead training for sales teams on brand, marketing, and product.
- Spearheading and supporting with event logistics and production
- Refine and communicate unique brand storytelling to support brand growth
- Identify opportunities to grow door productivity, develop and customize global tools to help with new brand sell-in.
- Keep up with industry trends and competitor activity
- Update and maintain brand line sheets
- Support multiple departments including department stores and online retail site
- Setting, monitoring, and reviewing annual brand targets. Develop, implement, and execute 360 strategic business plans and marketing initiatives for the brands that support business targets in collaboration with the License.
- Review samples and provide input on potential new brands
- Partner with sales teams within all channels to grow business and category awareness with a relentless focus on the customer. Will translate sales needs and support business development with strategic planning, budgeting, promotion design, and execution.
- Travel requirement up to 20% as needed to perform job function.
- Navigating partnership and collaboration opportunities
- Developing monthly business and media reports for brand partners.
- Responsible for understanding and communicating global brand needs (product, marketing tools) by analyzing market environment, competition, and brand trends and share recommendations on a regular basis.
- Manage local marketing budget and all advertising, training, promotional, and commercial plans.
- Attend market appointments and advocate for the brand as a local brand and product expert.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in luxury consumer goods, with a beauty background preferred.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Knowledge of social media platforms and digital marketing.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
