Position Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and highly organized Marketing Manager to lead and oversee our marketing initiatives. This role is critical in driving engagement and creating new opportunities through event sponsorship, strategic networking, and effective post-conference follow-up. The ideal candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure flawless execution of marketing activities, delivering impactful experiences for potential clients and partners.
Key Responsibilities
• Develop and execute marketing strategies to maximize opportunities through event sponsorship and industry networking.
• Coordinate pre- and post-conference activities to enhance engagement with prospects and partners.
• Work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless planning and delivery of marketing initiatives.
• Track and analyze the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and recommend improvements.
• Build strong relationships with external stakeholders to support branding and business development goals.

Skills & Qualifications
• Education: Bachelor’s degree is required.
• Experience:
• Minimum of 4 years in marketing, with at least 3 years focused on healthcare audiences, including hospitals, health systems, physicians, and surgery centers.
• Proven success utilizing modern B2B marketing strategies and tools.
• Highly entrepreneurial, self-reliant, and motivated to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment.
