The Opportunity
We're seeking a talented Senior Growth Marketing Lead to oversee and scale our paid acquisition efforts across Meta and YouTube. In this role, you'll own the full lifecycle of paid campaigns, from strategic planning and execution to ongoing optimization, with a focus on maximizing LTV. You’ll collaborate closely with teams across design, product, data science, and engineering to align campaigns with growth targets and product roadmaps. Reporting to the CMO, this role is perfect for someone with a data-driven mindset, exceptional analytical skills, and a passion for uncovering new growth opportunities through continuous testing and analysis.
Your Impact
- Strategically plan, execute, and optimize paid marketing campaigns across Youtube and Meta optimizing based on LTV:CAC.
- Continuously create and analyze campaigns, conduct A/B tests, and leverage insights to identify optimization opportunities.
- Partner with design, product, marketing, engineering, and data science teams to ensure campaigns align with overall growth goals and product roadmap and that all tracking and reporting is optimized.
- Own, manage and optimize large scale paid media budget, leveraging internal and external resources as needed, ensuring optimal allocation and exceeding LTV:CAC targets across channels.
- Stay abreast of the latest trends and best practices in paid user acquisition on Meta and Youtube.
- Continuously test new ad formats, targeting strategies, and creative approaches to uncover untapped growth opportunities.
- Provide regular reports on campaign performance, insights, and learnings to leadership and stakeholders.
We're looking for someone who
- 8+ years in growth marketing, with hands-on experience managing and optimizing paid acquisition campaigns.
- Proven success in paid user acquisition, with a current focus on large-scale campaigns across Meta and/or YouTube.
- Demonstrated expertise in managing and optimizing substantial budgets, with a commitment to maximizing LTV.
- Advanced analytical skills and experience with top marketing analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Amplitude, AppsFlyer), with proficiency in SQL and advanced Excel.
- In-depth knowledge of Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and other relevant platforms, with the ability to translate data into actionable growth strategies.
- Strong track record of driving user growth through data-driven, results-oriented acquisition strategies.
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills, able to work effectively across product, design, engineering, and data teams.
- Creative and experimental mindset, eager to test new approaches and push boundaries in growth marketing.
- Bachelor’s degree in a science or engineering discipline is preferred.

Salary range
Salary Range: $180,000 to $230,000 USD per year.
This salary range represents the low and high end of the estimated salary range for this position. The actual base salary offered for the role is dependent on several factors. Our base salary is just one component of a comprehensive total rewards package.
This is a hybrid position that requires three days a week in office.
