Digital Marketing & Branding Specialist to join our Global Marketing team. This role will support the development and execution of impactful marketing strategies, enhance brand presence, and ensure consistent messaging across digital and traditional channels for Nevro's portfolio of innovative products. This role is ideal for a strategic thinker and creative problem-solver who thrives in collaborative environments and is eager to make a meaningful impact on Nevro’s global brand presence
Essential Responsibilities
- Identify & translate customer insights into brand plan
- Create, train on, and maintain Style Guides, Brand Standards, and Claims Matrices
- Manage Web presences, creating plan for consistent web presence and consolidation
- Run monthly Brand Forum meetings, managing scheduling, agenda and follow-ups
- Support Marketing leadership in developing global brand positioning, claims and messaging requirements and Framework
- Manage creative agencies and vendors on behalf of the Global Marketing team
- Management of HFX branding, serving as expert on the branding needs and the point of approval for all marketing assets in regards to brand
- Create and manage Communications plan, consolidating plans across departments and creating master brand comms plan
- Accomplishes department objectives by managing staff (copy editor); planning and evaluating department activities
Role Requirements
- Bachelors degree and 1 or more years of relevant experience
- Branding or Marketing experience highly preferred
- Brand Management training and experience managing campaign execution
- Some exposure interacting with regional Marketing and Sales teams
Skills And Knowledge

- Ability to apply Brand Strategy frameworks to develop positioning and messaging, including clinical and marketing claims
- Impeccable grammar and syntax and passion for language
- Basic project management skills
- Communicating and leading initiatives in matrixed organization
Target Pay Range
$72,000 to $99,000- the final starting pay rate offer to the successful candidate will be determined by evaluating several factors, such as education, experience, knowledge, skills, internal equity, alignment with market data, and geography. *Nevro is a multi-state employer, so the target pay range may increase or decrease depending on the city/state.
