- To feel comfortable in the project, you should have at least 3 years of experience in administrative-accounting roles, preferably in a retail environment.
- Degree in Business Administration or Accounting.
- Intermediate level of Excel & SAP.
- Intermediate level of Spanish.

Responsibilities and opportunities: π
- You will follow up on invoices, managing their approval, registration and payment.
- You will coordinate and provide support to HQ with banks and local tax consultants for proper tax control.
- You will be the main point of contact for different suppliers and manage the online portal for various administrative tasks.
- You will contact the stores to ensure proper cash reconciliation.
- You will monitor store expenses, validating costs according to the documentation provided by each store.
- You will purchase uniforms for the local Retail Brand Ambassadors.
- You will organize the storage of contracts and other documents for the business partnerships.
- You will set up new services and prepare new contracts in case of new store openings.
- You will report monthly sales to the landlords of the different malls.
