Team Description
Our Marketing team sets product positioning and strategy, manages product launches, and gathers customer insights. We’re responsible for maximizing our products' potential, in order to delight our users and help Dropbox grow. We partner with teams across the company, including Product, Sales, and Engineering.
Role Description
The marketing team is focused on the intersection across customer, product and partner. The global channel & partner team is responsible for building and executing a strategic partner marketing plan that supports the global go-to-market strategy. This plan will span across segments and routes to market to drive growth, engage prospects and customers both through and with our top strategic partners. You will work with key stakeholders across the integrated campaign & customer organization as well as with the business development, sales, and product marketing teams to build and execute an integrated marketing strategy.
This role will also play a key part in programs to that launch new partner integrations, or enhance integrations with key partners like Microsoft, Lenovo, Avid and more. The role will need to build strong cross-functional relationships in order to solve the complex needs of our current and prospective customers
Responsibilities
- Manage and set priorities for partner marketing programs, working hand-in-hand with sales, business development, as well as the Integrated Marketing team.
- Define the overall strategy for how we market with, through and about partners to growth the Core Dropbox and Dash business
- Understand our target audience and what partnerships (technology, integration, etc.) best maps to their business needs
- Make recommendations on the partner marketing strategy to the campaign, content and digital marketing teams as part of the planning and optimization process
- Continually collect feedback from partners to ensure we are providing the right content and resources for co-marketing programs
- Make recommendations on the KPIs we should track to show impact of partner marketing programs to the business, and work with data science team to build reporting for partner marketing
- Stay up to date on industry trends and communicate best practices throughout business
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in partner/field/integrated marketing roles.
- Experience in building coordinated marketing programs that are measured against defined key business outcomes and successfully move audiences throughout the customer journey.
- Demonstrated ability in using data to drive business outcomes
- Proven track record of working cross-functionally with internal and external teams.
- Ability to prioritize and work independently in an ambiguous environment
- Strong communications, both written and verbal
- Ability to navigate matrix situations and represent the team with integrity, professionalism, and self-sufficiency
- Proven success in building effective partner marketing motions that show greater than $10M GNARR impact
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working within a SaaS company
- Experience working with business development, partner and sales teams
- Passionate about building partnerships that drive impact to the business (and customer experience)

The range(s) listed above is the expected annual salary/OTE (On-Target Earnings) for this role, subject to change.
Please note, OTE are for sales roles only.
Salary/OTE is just one component of Dropbox’s total rewards package. All regular employees are also eligible for the corporate bonus program or a sales incentive (target included in OTE) as well as stock in the form of Restricted Stock Units (RSUs).
Dropbox takes a number of factors into account when determining individual starting pay, including job and level they are hired into, location/metropolitan area, skillset, and peer compensation. We target most new hire offers between the minimum up to the middle of the range.
Dropbox uses the zip code of an employee’s remote work location to determine which metropolitan pay range we use. Current US Zone locations are as follows:
• US Zone 1: San Francisco metro, New York City metro, or Seattle metro
• US Zone 2: Austin (TX) metro, Chicago metro, California (outside SF metro), Colorado, Connecticut (outside NYC metro), Delaware, Massachusetts, New Hampshire, New York (outside NYC metro), Oregon, Pennsylvania (outside NYC or DC metro), Washington DC metro, and West Virginia (DC metro)
• US Zone 3: All other US locations
