Position Summary
Manage all aspects of regional and community specific marketing and advertising efforts for the given portfolio, including new developments, within Irvine Company Apartment Communities. Lead and be accountable for the development and execution of local marketing strategy and media plans, creative development, execution, and metrics reporting in accordance with brand creative standards.
Job Duties
- Responsible for content and messaging strategy and implementation across all digital properties and media channels including website, paid media landing pages, email, social media, etc.
- Collaborate with the Digital Marketing team on digital media strategy & approach, placements, and creative optimization.
- Analyze KPIs for respective market areas and develop proactive marketing strategies and tactics to achieve business goals.
- Manage external agencies to develop creative and strategic marketing campaigns.
- Maintain and strengthen the Irvine Company Apartment Communities brand position. Serve as the gatekeeper of the brand within assigned portfolio.
- Responsible for video and photo shoot direction of assigned portfolio.
- Serve as the regional subject matter expert on economic indicators, competitive strategies and industry trends. Conduct regular competitor marketing and advertising programs review. Understand community performance and marketing opportunities.
- Gather, analyze, and provide accurate, relevant, and timely information so that agency partners develop the best recommendations and Irvine Company Apartment Communities makes informed and confident decisions.
- Generate qualified leads and traffic.
- Development of senior management presentations on campaign strategy and creative execution.
- Manage and monitor regional marketing budgets.
- Develop a strong working relationship with all key stakeholders (including Digital Marketing, Digital Products, Marketing Analytics, Centralized Leasing, Community Management, Development, Design Studio) to ensure relevant marketing strategies are developed.
- Work with the revenue management team for a cohesive media strategy that addresses pricing and seasonality trends.
Minimum Qualifications / Other Expectations
Education & Experience:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred.
- 5 - 7 years of marketing experience including agency management. Managerial experience a plus.
- Knowledge of and experience with digital marketing landscape and practices.
- Experience developing and implementing transformational strategies in complex, matrixed organizations.

- Comfortable communicating in both formal and informal settings, with strong written and verbal skills; be able to communicate complex concepts to people of different backgrounds throughout the organization.
- Has a sense of urgency, can prioritize requests, and make informed decisions.
- Ability to communicate clearly and effectively in English, both verbally and in writing.
- Occasional travel required.
- Strong Software Knowledge of Google Suite
Compensation
Base Pay Range: $133,300.00 - $179,000.00
Actual placement within this range may vary based upon, but not limited to, relevant experience, time in role, base salary of internal peers, prior performance, business sector, and geographic location.
