Key Responsibilities
- Lead and cultivate a high-performing marketing team of over 20 professionals in San Francisco and Sydney, including brand, demand generation, and web engineering leaders, fostering a collaborative and innovative environment.
- Collaborate extensively with the VP of Go-To-Market, CEO, and key stakeholders in Sales, Customer Success, Product, and Operations to formulate and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy.
- Define and refine our marketing vision and strategy, executing growth programs aligned with our business objectives, while enhancing our storytelling and brand initiatives.
- Continuously adapt our narrative based on audience engagement, market trends, and data-driven insights, ensuring alignment with measurable outcomes such as leads and conversions.
- Promote a culture of innovation within the team, encouraging calculated risk-taking and continuous improvement, while celebrating learnings from both successes and failures.
- Oversee the marketing budget, optimizing return on investment alongside your team and cross-functional partners, advocating for investment in promising opportunities.
Required Skills
- Over 14 years of marketing experience, including leadership roles in both early-stage startups and established companies employing Product-Led Growth strategies.
- Proven track record in marketing leadership within a growth-oriented SaaS company, articulating vision and strategy at executive and board levels.
- Profound understanding of crafting and executing sophisticated multi-channel marketing strategies within a SaaS context, with mentorship capabilities for team members on campaign development.
- Strong demand generation expertise complemented by exceptional storytelling skills and effective communication of product value propositions to diverse audiences.
- Analytical mindset with a commitment to data-driven decision-making, leveraging insights for optimal campaign performance.
- Entrepreneurial spirit and resourcefulness, with a talent for quickly building and iterating on strategies through collaboration across all organizational levels.
- A strong drive for achieving concrete commercial results and delivering value to the organization.

Compensation And Benefits
Compensation range: \(275,000-\)300,000 base salary, determined by location, level, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Certain roles may also be eligible for incentive compensation, equity, and comprehensive benefits.
