SUMMARY:
The Social Media Influencer and Content Creator provides relevant and timely content with the purpose of promoting engagement and increasing traffic.
Essential Duties And Responsibilities
- Responsible for creating social content and marketing for Four Winds social media accounts and website
- Coordinate daily internet marketing activities including producing photography and videography content to social media pages
- Assists with monitoring and analyzing social media reporting and traffic
- Create and post photos and videos for events, contests, etc. that elicit the engagement of our site visitors
- May be required to identify and work with 3rd party vendors to incorporate promotions on social media platforms
- Responsible for assisting in the planning, developing, deploying, and testing of social media campaigns in conjunction with the Digital Marketing Specialist
- Responsible for keeping up with social trends and photography and videography strategies to keep Four Winds Casino relevant yet keeping with brand standards
- Be a representative of Four Winds Casino in social campaigns while being fun, relatable, and professional
- Initiate and work with other departments and team members to create content for social media initiatives
- A visual spokesperson for live events and promotions at all Four Winds locations with little direction required
- Ensuring that social media sites incorporate Four Winds design standards
- Increase likes and traffic to our various social media sites, the website, and in turn the property
- Assist in monitoring and tracking digital marketing initiatives from the point of conception through execution across multiple channels, including website, search and display, social platforms, mobile, email and others.
- Effectively communicates with external and internal guests through various platforms

EDUCATION And/or EXPERIENCE
BA degree from a four-year college or university, or three to four years related experience and/or training in advertising, PR, online marketing, photography, videography, or similar field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Special Qualifications
There is minimal supervision of this position, so the ability to effectively perform on one’s own is required. Must possess excellent communication and organizational skills. Must be an active participant in the social media world (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, YouTube, TikTok, etc.)
Language Skills
Ability to read, analyze, and interpret the most complex of documents. Ability to write effective letters, memos, speeches. and articles for publication. Ability to respond to inquiries or complaints from staff members at all levels, guests, regulatory agencies, or members of the business community. Ability to effectively communicate in one-on-one, small group, and large group settings. Ability to effectively present information to top management and public groups.
Mathematical Skills
Ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals, and work with mathematical concepts such as probability and statistical inference.
Reasoning Ability
Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions. Ability to interpret an extensive variety of technical instructions in mathematical or diagram form and deal with several abstract and concrete variables.
