In previous roles, we’ve scaled products to 5 million monthly users, patented machine learning algorithms which got real world use, and founded businesses worth >$0.5bn. We're hiring a Head of Marketing to help us deliver an incredible product to over 1,000 businesses that use and love Kular.

We are based in Whitechapel, London. Alternatively, you can be in our San Francisco office - this is an onsite role.

You're someone who has experience with sales-led and product-led commercial motions and understands the SMB market. You’ve taken businesses from 0 to 1 but bonus points if you know what is around the corner and have led businesses beyond our current stage, ideally B, C or beyond.

You are an expert in positioning, comms, product marketing, customer marketing and brand definition. You can build a brand as strong as our technology and distil complex ideas into impactful, compelling messaging.

🔥 So what will I do?
Strategic leadership
- Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy, seamlessly blending sales-led and product-led approaches.
- Build the marketing function, laying the groundwork to propel us to Series B, C, and beyond. You will be used to being high leverage, owning the full marketing lifecycle, in a small, highly autonomous team.
Customer Engagement
- Drive growth across SMBs, leveraging your customer acquisition and retention strategies expertise.
- Lead storytelling efforts to craft compelling narratives that resonate with our audience and set us apart.
Commercial Acumen
- Build and optimise demand generation campaigns to fuel pipeline growth and meet ambitious targets.
- Partner closely with sales, engineering, and customer success teams to ensure alignment and impact across the customer journey.
Metrics and Reporting
- Own and optimise key metrics
- Regularly report on marketing performance to the executive team.
