We use affordable, effective weight loss medication to solve our customers’ most pressing healthcare need, then aim to remain their core healthcare provider for the rest of their life — expanding to hormonal health, mental health, longevity, and primary care.
GLP-1s are a big deal. We’re in a remarkable & rapid period of change which will radically reshape the patient & cash flows in the healthcare system.
Our mission is to accelerate the global take-up of GLP-1s among busy, working families to solve obesity worldwide. From this, we’ll become the world’s leading consumer healthcare brand.
We’ve grown >1000x since Aug 2021, >200x since Aug 2022, >20x since Aug 2023. We’ve just surpassed $30M ARR. As a company, we’ve been cashflow positive for the last 18 months. We’re fast approaching 10,000 active customers with high NPS.
Almost all of this has so far been through Fella. Delilah is still very new and your job is to make her soar.

The opportunity as Head of Marketing
As
Head of Marketing at Fella & Delilah, your fundamental role is to nail a profitable growth machine so we can grow ~5% WoW, every week. I expect 10x growth in 2025.
You’ll lead a team which is rapidly scaling a robust, low-CAC growth engine that adapts to market changes. Our growth strategy must remain at the frontier of the rapidly changing consumer obesity market and we need an A* team to execute. You’ll lead us to 100k customers and beyond.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead a team scaling a robust, low-CAC growth engine to acquire 1 million customers by the end of 2026.
- Own our brand strategy, brand identity, and creative direction.
- Make Delilah soar.
- Own the decision on tech stack and guide its implementation.
- Lead ad campaigns with superb creative that convert at low CAC.
- Optimize conversion & referral through testing and experimentation.
- Expand our organic presence and build a social media presence.
- Guide the running of a lean, high-performing sales organization.
Need to have:
- 5+ years leading marketing at high-growth D2C companies.
- Superb brand understanding and creative direction.
- Maniacal about metrics and proactive in crafting experiments.
- Hands-on experience in the trenches.
- Strategic thinking at both micro and macro levels.
- Ability to build a team of A-players.
- Highly organized and capable of managing multiple projects.
Nice to have:
- Experience in founding or building startups.
- Ability to recognize and improve underlying systems.
- Resourceful and adaptable to any situation.
Compensation & Benefits
- Compensation: $150k-$300k/yr + equity
- Healthcare: comprehensive medical insurance
