We are seeking a diligent, driven, and ambitious Creator Coordinator eager to step into the dynamic and fast-paced creator economy. This entry-level role is ideal for someone passionate about the intersection of human psychology and business, with a keen interest in understanding how creators connect with audiences and build communities.
As a Creator Coordinator, you’ll play a key role in supporting influencer marketing campaigns, managing creator relationships, and ensuring smooth execution of projects that deliver meaningful impact. Responsibilities:
- Assist in building and maintaining strong relationships with creators, ensuring clear communication and a positive experience throughout the campaign lifecycle.
- Support the development and implementation of influencer marketing campaigns tailored to clients' goals, objectives, and target audiences.
- Identify, research, and vet creators based on campaign needs, ensuring alignment with client objectives.
- Coordinate outreach, communication, and contracting with creators, maintaining professionalism and efficiency.
- Monitor and track campaign progress, ensuring all deliverables are met on time and to specification.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including creative, analytics, and operations, to facilitate seamless campaign execution.
- Compile and organize performance data for internal analysis and client reporting, highlighting campaign successes and opportunities for improvement.
- Stay informed on industry trends, emerging platforms, and best practices to help improve campaign strategies and processes.
- Provide administrative support to senior team members and account managers, assisting with timelines, budgets, and new business pitches when necessary.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field (preferred but not required).
- 1-2 years of experience in marketing, social media, or content coordination, or a demonstrated interest in the creator economy.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms and an eagerness to learn about the influencer landscape and industry trends.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to multitask and manage changing priorities.
- A proactive and detail-oriented mindset, with a passion for building relationships and supporting team success.
- Comfortable with basic data analysis and reporting to track performance metrics.
- Positive attitude, collaborative spirit, and excitement for the creator economy and marketing.
