Actively seeking a Business Development/Marketing Events Assistant for a HYBRID and Full-Time Position within a Law Firm. The right candidate will have 1+ years of events experience within a Law of Professional Services firm.

HOURS: Monday – Friday, 9:30 AM – 5:30 PM EST
SCHEDULE | LOCATION: HYBRID | New York, NY
PAY: $50 - $60K (Commensurate w/Experience) + Discretionary Bonus

IDEAL CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor’s Degree REQUIRED
- 1+ Years of Events Experience
- Strong Verbal and Written Communication Skills
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite

ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assist with both internal (colleague) and external (client) events
- Create budgets, timelines and milestones for events
- Conduct venue and vendor research
- Help coordinate event details including menu, décor, and entertainment
- Handle additional related projects and administrative duties as assigned.
