Requirements:
Kaltura is looking for a dynamic marketing professional to join our marketing team.
You’ll play a key role in planning, executing, and managing marketing events (in-person and virtual) with a primary focus on representing the company in tradeshows across North America. You will collaborate with the creative team, sales, product, and other teams across the company to understand key messages and ensure alignment in event execution.
What you will be doing:
Tradeshow Planning and Execution:
- Develop and execute comprehensive events plan to meet the company’s goals.
- Oversee the entire hosted and sponsored events workflows including budget management, negotiating contracts, planning pre-event promotions, on-site logistics, and post-event follow-ups.
- Coordinate travel and accommodations for event staff
- Coordinate booth setup, staffing, and ensure a compelling and consistent brand presence at all events.
Strategic Event Marketing:
- Work closely with the marketing team to develop strategies that align with overall business objectives.
- Create and implement targeted marketing campaigns to drive attendance and engagement at tradeshows.
- Analyze and report on the success of marketing initiatives, providing insights for continuous improvement.
What are we looking for?
- 2+ years of experience in marketing and/or event management.
- Some juggling is required – the ability to balance multiple projects at once is key.
- Excellent organizational and administrative skills with meticulous attention to detail
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to adhere to strict deadlines.
- Self-motivated, team-oriented, business-driven, collaborator, very responsible, and focused on exceeding goals and expectations
- Willingness to travel to tradeshows and events across North America
- Candidates residing in New York City are a must
Salary range $60,000-$70,000 per year
