The
Brand Assistant - Events will play a pivotal role in supporting the branding team by coordinating events and ensuring they align with the company’s vision and values. This position involves working closely with cross-functional teams to plan, execute, and evaluate branded events, ensuring a seamless experience for our guests and partners.
Responsibilities
- Assist in the planning, coordination, and execution of corporate events, open houses, and branding initiatives.
- Manage event logistics, including vendor communication, venue selection, and material preparation.
- Collaborate with the branding team to ensure all events align with DK Estates’ identity and objectives.
- Monitor event budgets, timelines, and deliverables to ensure successful execution.
- Act as the primary point of contact during events, ensuring smooth operations and addressing any on-site issues.
- Compile post-event reports, including feedback and performance analysis, for continuous improvement.
- Maintain an inventory of event supplies and promotional materials.
Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Event Management, or a related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in event planning, branding, or a similar role.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with keen attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- Creative problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as needed for events.
