Position Description
We’re searching for a passionate and creative Social Media Coordinator to support our expanding social media & growth marketing team. In this role, you’ll assist with day-to-day needs across a variety of projects and help us push forward best-in-class creative work.
Essential Job Duties And Responsibilities
Performance Marketing: Social Media and Paid Media
- Develop content with fresh themes and ideas monthly for Exclusive Resorts’ organic social media channels and our paid media agency.
- Create content (image selection and copywriting) for Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, Pinterest, Threads, and TikTok as well as any new channels.
- Work with the Club’s Senior Marketing Specialist to hone the voice and grow The Club’s social presence across platforms.
- Play an integral role in the launch of new projects on Facebook and Instagram and stay up to date on current travel trends on social media.
- Keep an eye on partner social media channels for relevant content we can reshare.
- Stay up to date on current industry trends/news and flag stories that The Club could fit into.
- Stay on top of annual holidays and events in our destinations and create content around them.
- Monitor social media platforms for trends and user feedback.
- Bring forward creative ways to drive qualified web traffic from social channels and help facilitate those opportunities.
- Assist Senior Marketing Specialist with social media reporting.
- Spearhead UGC and EGC (Employee Generated Content) initiatives.
Influencer Marketing
- Review availability for potential influencer partnerships, ensuring requested dates fall within Asset Utilization’s guidelines.
- Ensure the onsite teams have all pertinent information such as swag, any shipment tracking information, influencer dietary restrictions/preferences, etc.
Support the Senior Marketing Specialist
- Liaising with the Legal team
- Ensuring OneDrive and Cloudinary are updated for all social media and paid media materials for the appropriate stakeholders to access.
- Working with the concierge team on personalized experiences and amenities
- Post-trip expense management, invoicing, and reporting
Education, Skills, And Experience
- You’re motivated by a fast-paced, collaborative, and ever-changing social environment — able to work swiftly under deadlines.
- You’re a passionate storyteller with strong writing skills.
- You’re a confident, data-driven decision-maker with a sharp eye for detail and a deep understanding and proficiency in Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, TikTok, Threads, and Pinterest – with an interest in emerging platforms.
- You have experience with social publishing and listening tools like Sprout Social, Dash Hudson, Later, and Google Analytics.
- You have a great eye. You’re a skilled photographer/content creator familiar with using photo editing/design tools like Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop), Canva, or similar.
- You have an innate ability to think critically, problem-solve, and tackle challenges — big and small.
