About the Role:
We are looking for passionate, innovative individuals to help us tell our story and grow our TOMS.com business through impactful digital marketing strategies. As a Digital Media Coordinator at TOMS, you will support the execution and optimization of paid search campaigns across Google/Bing in support of TOMS.com. In this role, you’ll help ensure our digital marketing initiatives effectively drive site conversion and revenue. Your contributions will play an integral part in connecting our messaging and products with the right audiences while helping to maximize campaign performance.
In this role, you’ll collaborate with team members to ensure paid search campaigns are executed efficiently and deliver measurable results. Your attention to detail and data-driven approach will help refine and improve TOMS’ digital advertising efforts.
The Impact You’ll Make:
- Campaign Support & Management: Assist in setting up and managing paid search, shopping and display campaigns on Google Ads and Bing Ads. Ensure campaigns align with established strategies and brand guidelines.
- Keyword Research & List Maintenance: Conduct keyword research to support targeting strategies and maintain keyword lists to ensure campaign relevancy and accuracy.
- Performance Monitoring: Regularly review campaign metrics such as CTR, CPC, CPA, and ROAS. Flag performance trends and assist in compiling insights for reporting.
- Budget Oversight: Monitor daily campaign spend to ensure alignment with budget allocations. Alert the team of any discrepancies or optimization opportunities.
- Competitive Research: Assist in gathering market and competitive insights to inform campaign adjustments and identify new opportunities.
- Testing & Optimization: Support A/B testing initiatives for keywords, ad copy, and landing pages. Help implement findings to enhance campaign performance.
What You Bring:
- 2+ years of experience working with digital advertising platforms, particularly Google Ads and Bing Ads.
- Strong organizational skills with an eye for detail to ensure accuracy across campaigns and reports.
- Experience working with performance data to identify trends and opportunities.
- Basic proficiency with tools like Google Analytics and Excel
- Continuously test ad copy, creatives, and user segmentation, landing pages to refine and improve campaign performance. Implement findings from A/B testing to optimize campaigns in real time.
- Ability to contribute to the creation of engaging ad copy and collaborate with team members on testing initiatives.
- Eagerness to identify challenges and propose solutions with guidance from the team.
- A genuine enthusiasm for TOMS’ mission and a commitment to making kindness in business a standard.

- This is a Direct Hire role with a target annual salary range of $65,000 - 75,000 ($31.25/hr - $36.06/hr), depending on experience, plus an annual bonus based on the company's performance
