Lead Expert, DTC Performance Marketing

Is digital media your thing? We’re hiring for a Lead Expert, DTC Performance Marketing to keep abreast of constant, manage ever-changing digital activity – where you will support the analysis and management of digital marketing programs –in “real time”.
The Lead Expert, DTC Performance Marketing will play a pivotal role in driving the growth and success of the i-Health brands through management and execution of our digital marketing media. This role will work directly with our Brand Marketing team, as well as our media buying agency, to execute, measure, and optimize our national digital media across various marketing channels including social media, influencer, search, display, and digital TV. This role requires a combination of strategic leadership, data-driven decision-making, cross-functional team management, and hands-on execution to drive brand awareness and consumption. The ideal candidate will have a blend of strong digital marketing, media buying, marketing analytics, and ad operations experience with a track record of growing marketing investment on a measurable ROI basis.

Your key responsibilities
- Lead performance marketing channels and media buying strategy for a multimillion dollar media budget
- Manage day-to-day relationships with external agency partners, driving clarity of strategy and holding partners accountable to deliver against pre-identified KPIs
- Work cross-functionally with Brand Marketing partners to understand Brand priorities and build out appropriate activation plans across various marketing channels
- Identify opportunities to execute A/B test across digital channels, measure results, and provide scalable insights and recommendations that impact cross-functional sales and marketing channels
- Evaluate and leverage marketing technology platforms, tools, and automation solutions to streamline processes, enhance campaign performance, and drive operational efficiency. Stay updated on emerging trends and innovations in marketing technology
- In partnership with Agency, establish robust measurement frameworks and analytics capabilities to track key marketing metrics, performance indicators, and attribution models. Provide regular reporting and insights to senior leadership, highlighting successes, areas for improvement, and actionable recommendations.
This position can be in a home office in the Eastern or Central time zones of the US. Individual pay offered will be based on the applicant’s job-related skills, experience, relevant education and training. This position is also eligible for bonuses and benefits, which are not included in the pay scale provided. Salary $94,600-$140,000.

You bring
- Deep understanding of media buying, marketing technology platforms, analytics tools, and attribution models
- Excellent analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis, segmentation, and campaign optimization
- Strategic thinker with the ability to translate insights into actionable marketing strategies and initiatives
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate cross-functional teams
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to articulate complex concepts and ideas effectively
- A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field and 4+ years post-collegiate experience in digital marketing and/or media buying
